ST. JAMES – St. James High School seniors graduated May 26.Three valedictorians graced the 2000 class.

Erin Stieb, daughter of Kenneth and Joycelyn Stieb, plans to pursue a medical degree at Tulane University. Kendal Thomas, stepson of Elston and son ofNatalie Johnson, is headed for Dillard University to study engineering. AmberMitchell, daughter of Sheila Mitchell, is planning to attend Northwestern State University to study radiology.

Also leading the 2000 class were salutatorians Casey Simon, daughter of Art and Margret Simon, who plans to attend Nicholls State to pursue a psychology degree, and Jeremy Waguespack, son of Patrick and Denise Waguespack, who plans to attend Louisiana State University to study engineering.
