RESERVE – So maybe you would like to see nothing but movies on your new cable service? Or all wrestling? Or nothing but soap operas and sports? Well, no matter what your viewing tastes are, Reserve Telecommunications is asking for your help in choosing a channel line up for its new cable television service that will be firing up later this year.

Starting today, St. John Parish residents will be able to vote on whatchannels they would like to see on the new service.

RTC will mail out over 20,000 ballots paris-wide asking residents to vote on a new cable channel lineup.

RTC President Jay Reso said, “Asking customers to help us decide which channels we include in our lineup demonstrates RTC’s approach and commitment to providing a high-quality product geared and tailored specifically for St. John the Baptist Parish.”Parish residents can either send back the ballots in the prepaid envelopes provided in the mailing or they can go on-line and vote by clicking on www.rtconline.com. They can also vote by clipping out copies of the ballotsthat will be published in L’Observateur next week.

RTC Vice President Mickey Triche said, “Our 66 years as a telephone service provider has taught us to listen to our customers. This ballot givesconsumers a real opportunity to choose their own cable line up.”There will be an 80-channel lineup to choose from, including premium channels, movies, pay-per-view and local news rebroadcasts. Triche said theDisney Channel is already included in the basic cable service.
