HAHNVILLE – St. Charles Parish Council members will discuss a proposedsubdivision development moratorium for much of the parish, pending drainage improvements in those areas, at the Dec. 7 meeting.The proposal was introduced by Councilmen G. “Ram” Ramchandran, RonPhillips and Bill Sirmon. It targets the area south and east of U.S. 90,south of Louisiana Highway 3127 and the Ormond watershed area.
