St. John Theatre to hold ‘Sleeping Beauty’ auditions next week

St. John Theatre will host auditions  for the Missoula Children’s Theatre production of “Sleeping Beauty” starting at 9 a.m. Monday, July 22.

Among the roles to be cast are Sleeping Beauty; Scarella; Madame Butterfly; the King; the Queen; Spot; Fairies; Trolls; Palace Attendants; and Caterpillars. Students grades Kindergarten through 12th grade, are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, and props. The MCT Tour Actor/Directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week from 9am to 2pm each day.

“Sleeping Beauty” will be presented on Saturday, July 27, at St. John Theatre.
