The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person

Chief Jimmy Travis reports 25 year old Robert Sparks, a black male from Hammond, was last seen on January 19, 2023 leaving the Hammond City Courthouse just before 1:00 PM. According to family, Robert has a history of depression and has made comments in reference to harming himself in the past. Robert was last seen driving a late model Honda Accord, green in color with unknown license plate.
