Flags to be Lowered to Half-Staff Wednesday for Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

In observance of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, all St. Charles Parish Government Buildings will lower the U.S. flag to half-staff on Wednesday, December 7, to honor the 2,403 service members and civilians who died in the Pearl Harbor attack.
