SCSO seeks help with Thanksgiving shooting in Boutte

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance for information on a shooting that occurred today, Thursday, November 24, 2022, around 1:25 A.M. in the 300 block of South Kinler Street in Boutte.

Deputies were dispatched to the area around 1:25 A.M. based on the report of a male subject shot.

When deputies arrived at the location, they located a male subject with two gunshot wounds to the leg area. Responding deputies rendered medical aid and he was ultimately transported to a local area hospital to receive further medical treatment.

This is an ongoing active investigation.
