Why did you choose to run for constable? My decision to seek election for Constable is based on my desire to give back to the community that has supported me so much.

How does a constable serve the residents of St. John Parish? Constables are elected in each voting ward. Constables are peace officers and have full powers of arrest, stop and search within their ward, as specified by law.

How has your prior experience prepared you for this position? Truthfully, I have no prior experience as a law enforcement officer, but I’m willing to put in the necessary time and effort to be effective on the position.

What makes you an effective leader? I am organized, motivated and consistent.

If elected, what will be your top three priorities? My priorities are simply to fulfill the requirements of the office, but also to always be respectful and compassionate to all I encounter will performing those duties.

What else sets you apart, both as an individual and as a candidate? I am proud to be a life-long resident of St. John the Baptist Parish, District 3 to be exact! In addition to hopefully serving as Constable, I am involved in several other community-based programs. Not only will I be accessible to the residents of this district, but I am dedicated to being compassionate while carrying out the duties of the office.
