State Fire Marshal investigating death in Moss Bluff

NEWS ALERT- State Fire Marshal deputies are investigating a mobile home fire in Moss Bluff involving one death.
Just before 4 a.m., the Calcasieu Parish Ward 1 Fire Department responded to a report of a mobile home fire in the 1200 block of N Perkins Ferry Road.
Unfortunately, firefighters located a female victim and three pet dogs inside.
This investigation is active and more information will be released as it becomes available.
