LULING — Young entrepreneurs will share their talents with the community during the United First Steps Nonprofit Inc. All Things Youth Pop-Up Shop from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, September 10. Since March 2020, United 1st Steps Nonprofit Inc., has been providing housing, education, and employment resources to individuals living in poverty or homeless within the River Parishes (St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, and St. James Parish).
