Leroy Joseph Brock, Sr. passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at the age of 90. He was a native of Reserve, LA and a longtime resident of LaPlace, LA. Leroy proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
Beloved husband of the late Dolores Rose Head Brock. Loving father of Rhonda Ann Brock-James (Don), Leroy Joseph “L.J.” Brock, Jr. (Jeanine), Kenneth Lawrence Brock (Lori) and Keith Vincent Brock (Julie). Grandfather of Brandy Volion, Travis Volion, Dustin Volion, Jessica Brock, Kailey Brock, Kolby Brock, Kade Brock, Keith Brock II, Kandace Brock, and Ethan Williamson. Great grandfather of Malaya, Carter, Cameron, Cole, Olivia, Ella, Alyse, Michael, Makayla, Mason, Zowie, Chloe, Stevie, Piper, Brock, Colt, Beau, and Khloe. Great-great grandfather of Nash. Son of the late Aliska Becnel Brock and Sidney Joseph Brock. Brother of Loyce Ann Vicknair (the late Wilson) and Diana Rose Larousse (Larry). Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation and Funeral Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1550 Hwy 44, Reserve on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Visitation will be held in the church from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.
