SJSO Detectives Seek Information in Homicide Investigation/ $2,500 Reward Offered

Justice for the family of Trevor Sanders, 41, of LaPlace is being sought.
On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, about 10:30 a.m., deputies responded to a complaint in the 1500 block of Natchez Lane in LaPlace in reference to a man unresponsive lying on the ground. Upon arrival, officers learned the male subject, identified as Sanders, had sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. Sanders was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner’s office.
