On the evening of July 20, 2022, members of the Kenner Narcotics Section arrested Donald Edgerson, age 46, of Metairie, during a traffic stop. During the course of the investigation, Edgerson was found to be in possession of 1.9 grams of βcrackβ cocaine and a 9mm Tristar T100 semi-automatic handgun, which was reported stolen out of Jefferson Parish Sheriffβs Office. Edgerson is currently on Probation in Jefferson Parish for possession of cocaine until March 2023.
