RESERVE — River Parish Community Theatre has announced the cast for this summer’s production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s ‘Cinderella’.
Director Darryl Clement said, “Each year we are faced with tough decisions when casting because of the number of talented people who audition. This year was especially challenging because we had limited parts available. However, this will only make the entire production even more spectacular when everyone is on the stage together. I am very excited.”
Cinderella was cancelled last year after only one performance because of health concerns of cast, crew and audience members. The decision was made to re-stage the show after the numerous requests from the public who didn’t get to see the production. Many who did get to see it called it the best RPCT has offered to date. That is high praise, considering RPCT has developed a reputation for high production values and packed audiences.
