Convicted of Domestic Abuse Battery

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation, in which Riley was a passenger. A firearm was located inside the vehicle. Riley was arrested accordingly.

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator of the vehicle stated she was involved in a verbal altercation with her children’s father, Tony Goodin. Goodin allegedly entered her residence without permission, continued to argue with her, and it turned physical when he struck her with a closed fist on the side of the face. Goodin was arrested accordingly.

CHGS: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Bradley was arrested for a warrant on the above mentioned charge. The warrant alleges that in the month of April 2022, Bradley drove off in his mother’s vehicle and did not return it. He told her that he wrecked the vehicle in a ditch and left the keys inside. Bradley was charged accordingly.

CHGS: Reckless Operation with Accident, Hit and Run Driving with No Personal Injury,

Traffic, Aggravated Flight from an Officer, Resisting an Officer

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Simmons was arrested on a warrant for the above mentioned charges. The warrant alleges a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Simmons for a traffic violation. During the stop, Simmons verbally expressed his disapproval of the traffic stop and drove off. A caller notified 911 that a vehicle matching the description had crashed near an off-ramp on Interstate 310, lost a tire, and was still traveling. Deputies located the vehicle abandoned in a parking lot shortly after. Simmons was charged accordingly.
