ARRESTEE: Snavely, Justin Edward, 41, Male – 276 West Oakland Street in St. Rose, LA

CHGS: Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Snavely was arrested on a warrant for the above mentioned charge. The warrant alleges in the month of April 2022, Snavely entered a residence without permission and confronted the homeowner. Snavely was charged accordingly.

ARRESTEE: Carey, Arlene Roxanne, 43, Female – 315 Sycamore Street in Hahnville, LA

CHGS: Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault, Fugitive Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Carey was arrested on a warrant for the above mentioned charge. The warrant alleges in the month of May 2022, Carey was involved in an altercation with her boyfriend, threw his belongings in the yard, and threatened him with a firearm. Carey was charged accordingly.

The complainant advised that Bentley entered her residence without permission, punched a hole in her wall, pushed her over the sofa, and pushed another subject on the shoulder. ARRESTEE: Gisclair, Terrell J, 37, Male 14905 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis, LA L

CHGS: First Degree Vehicular Negligent Injuring, Hit and Run Driving with Serious Injury or Death, DWI (2nd Offense) Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies responded to a report of a person riding a bicycle hit by a car on Old Spanish Trail near the Lagarde Crossing. A witness advised the vehicle fled the scene and provided a license plate. The victim was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment for serious injuries. Deputies located the vehicle a short time later parked in a driveway. Through investigation, it was determined the vehicle had been operated by Gisclair. Gisclair was found to be intoxicated. Gisclair was arrested accordingly.
