RESERVE — River Parish Community Theatre is pleased to announce audition information for its 2022 production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. After COVID-related cancellations last summer, and amidst strong public sentiment to see the show so many had purchased tickets for before the show’s closing, RPCT made the decision to re-stage what some called the most stunning production by RPCT to date.

RPCT Artistic Director Darryl Clement had this to say about the auditions: “While we will miss our castmates who cannot return, we will be equally excited to welcome new cast members to our RPCT family. The production last summer had really come together to be spectacular. The new cast members will be joining a very talented group with a high production value show. There will be two to three named roles to fill as well as nine to 10 ensemble roles.”

Auditions are scheduled for May 9 – 12 at 7 p.m. at St. Peter School, 188 West Seventh Street in Reserve. Audition information will be handed out and reviewed on the first night with actual auditions to follow the remaining nights.
