Early this morning, just after 1:00 a.m., a Troop G Trooper stopped a 2013 Ford Edge on I-20 in Bossier Parish for a traffic violation. After the Trooper came into contact with the driver, K-9 “Migo” alerted to the odor of a trained substance. A search of the vehicle discovered over twelve pounds of methamphetamine, over two pounds of fentanyl, and two pounds of marijuana. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Bossier Parish Jail on the appropriate charges.
