THANK YOU ALL for the kind donations to my brother, both spiritual and physical.

It’s no secret that the tri-parish area starting from St. James into St. John the Baptist and ending in St. Charles parish will come together for one of their own, and it was no different on February 12, 2022.

A fundraiser was held for my brother, Everette Trosclair, aka “lil 50”, aka “Eddie Boy”, aka “the Captain”, aka “Eddie” Trosclair, who has an incurable stage 4 cancer.

A cabbage ball tournament and a cornhole tournament were held. Other events included a parade of prizes, a silent auction, a cake walk and a 50/50 raffle. Entertainment was provided by a D.J. and two local bands. Food was plentiful and just enough was available. There were no complaints heard on the quality and taste of the food cooked and the sweets baked.

Please accept my thanks to all of you along with my family and friends that made this event successful, even before it started.

Now there are too many to name individually, but you know who you are and what you did for my brother. May God bless each and every one of you.

Personal thank you cards will be mailed out, and we apologize ahead of time for those that will be forgotten (not on purpose) or that will just slip through the cracks.
