TPSO investigates Hammond shooting

TPSO is currently investigating a shooting that occurred last night on Simpson Place in Hammond.
A black male suspect around 5 feet to 5’2″ inches tall with a thin/medium build was identified as the possible shooter. The subject is believed to have arrived at scene on a white road-master bicycle.
The victim in this incident was transported to a medical facility and is currently in stable condition.
