LAPLACE — St. John the Baptist Parish President Jaclyn Hotard recently announced the return of Mardi Gras parades for 2022.

The Tohwahpahsah Parade in Reserve will be held at noon, Saturday, February 26. The LaPlace Parade will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, February 27.

“We are excited and looking forward to bringing back these long-held Mardi Gras traditions to St. John,” Hotard said.
