LUTCHER — St. James Parish Hospital recently welcomed a new pain management clinic to its growing list of independent specialty clinics. Dr. Keith Duplantis is now seeing patients in Lutcher in the Medical Plaza next to St. James Parish Hospital.

Dr. Keith Duplantis, with OrthoLA, is an interventional pain specialist who has served Southeast Louisiana since completing his fellowship training. Dr. Duplantis helps patients with pain management issues including post-operative pain, neck and back pain, migraines and more. His pain interventions include Botox injections for migraine relief, spinal cord stem trials and selective nerve root blocks.

Dr. Duplantis’ educational background includes a fellowship under interventional pain specialist Dr. Charles Aprill and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Louisiana State University. Dr. Duplantis has participated in numerous research projects and publications in the field of pain management and has traveled extensively to give presentations at medical symposiums. His professional affiliations include the Spine International Society, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and Louisiana State Medical Society.
