RESERVE — Members of the East St. John girls team proved they can balance basketball with books. Several scholar athletes were recognized for their academic achievement during last week’s School Board meeting in Reserve.
The girls basketball team entered this week with a 10-1 record, and they have been equally successful in the classroom.
East St. John’s excelling athletes with a grade point average of 3.5 or above include:
