Today’s closure of the Bonnet Carre Spillway has been CANCELED and is planned to be re-scheduled for Sunday, December 19, 2021.
**Troop B Traffic Advisory**
At 11:00 a.m. today, the Bonnet Carre Spillway will be closed in both directions for Entergy to complete power line repairs related to the helicopter crash that occurred yesterday.
* I-10 East will be closed at US 51 in Laplace, traffic will be diverted to US 51.
* I-10 West will be closed at I-310 in Kenner, traffic will be diverted to I-310 South.
* I-55 South will be closed at US 51 in Laplace, traffic will be diverted to US 51.
The closure is expected to last approximately 3 hours. Please expect delays, use alternate routes and adjust your travel plans accordingly.
