SCSO investigates shooting in Boutte

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a shooting that occurred on November 5, 2021 at approximately 9:20 p.m. in the area of South Kinler Street in Boutte, LA.
One subject sustained an injury and was transported to a local area hospital for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing. If citizens in the area have video surveillance systems, or have information pertaining to tonight’s shooting investigation, they are urged to contact Detective Joshua Deroche at (985)783-6807.
