Chief Jimmy Travis is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 29-year-old Zaveral Jerard Jackson (B/M DOB 07/03/1992) of Hammond, La. Jackson currently has three open warrants – 1 count of Second Degree Rape and 2 counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.
