NORCO – The intersection of Fifth Street and Spruce Street in Norco will be closed from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily through Sunday, October 24, 2021, as the Fifth Street Drainage Project is ongoing.

During this time, Waterworks and a Public Works Contractor will be working to locate and potentially move a waterline that interferes with the drainage project.
