LAPLACE — The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office sends a sincere thank you to the Harrison County Sheriff Office and Fire Department, One Coast One Relief Campaign of south Mississippi, St. Mary Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Rep. Garret Graves’ office, Texas Calvary Disaster Response, Texas Relief Warriors, City of Seabrook, Texas, Envent Cleaning Supplies, Joey Getz and the National Open Wheel 600 Touring Series, Kelly Gibson Golf Foundation, Eatel, Winn Dixie, the Jeremy Triche Foundation, and Frisard Companies for the truckloads of supplies delivered over the past three weeks to distribute to the community in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida.

Among the items were cleaning supplies, water, ice, canned food and toiletries.

Also, among others contributing food and supplies were Poncho Roussel, Casey Roussel, Nickie Monica, V’s Café, Louie Galatas, Wendy Spencer, Robin Duhe, Alexis Edwards, Jack Harris, Rodney and Beth Allen, Louisiana Federal Credit Union, Pelican State Realty, Thomas Northtrap, Adam Williams, First United Methodist Church of Samson, Ala., Lucy Troxler and Amy Troxler, Morganza/New Roads Fire Department, Jack Koban, and Fulton County District Attorney Office of Atlanta, Ga., Silver Springs Bottling Water, Rep. Clay Schexnayder, Humana, Iberville Sheriff’s Office.

St. John Parish officers have been hitting the streets to distribute these items in hurricane-ravaged neighborhoods.
