Boil Water Advisory lifted for all of LaPlace

LAPLACE — Effective Monday, September 20, the Boil Water Advisory is now lifted for Water District #3 (LaPlace). Water customers in LaPlace may resume normal water use.
The Boil Water Advisory was also lifted for Water District #2 (West Bank) on Saturday.
The Boil Water Advisory remains in effect for Water District #1 (Reserve, Garyville & Mt. Airy) due to mechanical and electrical issues that occurred at the water treatment plant during and after Hurricane Ida.
The Pleasure Bend Water District also remains under a Boil Water Advisory due to mechanical issues at the Pleasure Bend Water Treatment Plant.
