EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE: LA 44 at the Cargill Grain Elevator (between W. 19th Street and W. 23rd Street) is closed due to a conveyor collapse at that location. We expect the road will remain closed for 4 to 5 days and we will update this notice as conditions change.
