RESERVE — The St. John Department of Health and Human Services and The Blood Center will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, August 12 at REGALA Gymnasium, located at 200 REGALA Park Road in Reserve.

Donors will have a choice of a new “FRIENDS” T-shirt, family blood coverage, blood replacement or Heart Club. Visit www.thebloodcenter.org/fastlane to answer your 46 medical/travel questions the morning of the drive to save time once you come to the drive.

Those who use the above links to schedule an appointment can earn additional points in the Points for Life Donor Rewards store just for keeping their appointment. Blood donors can learn if they’ve had an immune response to COVID-19 with a free antibody test. Results are available online three to five days after your donation.
