TPSO seeks public’s help identify subject

Detectives with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office are seeking assistance in identifying the below pictured suspect.
This male was observed via surveillance footage removing a wallet from a shopping cart that was left behind by a store patron.
The theft occurred at the Dollar General, located at 42700 Happywoods Road, Hammond, La 70403, on July 22, 2021, at 11:48 a,m,
Prior to the theft occurring, the male arrived at the store in a silver in color, Ford Explorer.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Tangipahoa, Inc. at 800-554-5245. Detective Ricky Malbrough is the lead investigator.
