1976 – Second-Lieutenant Ricky Joseph (Center) of  St. John the Baptist Parish, a student at LSU in Baton Rouge, and 2-LT. Willie J. Atkinson of Tulane University are being administered the oath of office by Col. Kenneth L Wenn who is assigned as PMS at Tulane University. The two were among 2,600 ROTC cadets who attended training camp in Ft. Riley Kan.
