Hahnville, July 21, 2021 — Ryk Frickey, 44, was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections yesterday by Judge Connie M. Aucoin. The sentence was imposed without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Casey Dieck and Rochelle Champagne Fahrig.

“The prosecution, conviction and resulting jail sentence in this case should send a clear message to potential lawbreakers that this type of behavior will not be tolerated in St. Charles Parish,” said District Attorney Joel T. Chaisson, Il. “I would like to thank the victims, the St, Charles Parish Sheriffs Office and Assistant District Attorneys Rochelle Fahrig and Casey Dieck for their commitment to the prosecution of this case.”
