LAPLACE — American Legion Post 383 of LaPlace conducted their Installation of Officers for the coming year on July 17. Department Commander Richard Bell performed the ceremony. Post Commander Allan Reynaud also presented honorary lifetime memberships to all of his World War II veterans, including Leonard Church and Benny Robichaux, pictured.
