Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Joseph allegedly threatened an acquaintance with a handgun before fleeing the scene. During the investigation, Joseph was located and a handgun as well as drug paraphernalia was located inside of his residence. Joseph is a convicted felon and cannot possess a firearm. Joseph was arrested accordingly.
