I-10 WB (ASCENSION PARISH) – DOTD urges motorist to be cautious while passing through the following areas due to water on the roadway:

I-10 WB Exit Ramp at US 61

I-10 EB Exit Ramp at US 61

US 61 NB Entrance Ramp to I-10 WB

US 61 SB Entrance Ramp to I-10 EB

The roadway is open to vehicular traffic, however, drivers should be cautions of standing water on portions of the roadway.

Please never attempt to drive through high water, even it appears to be shallow. Also, remember to never drive around ‘road closed’ barricades at any time for any reason.

DOTD will advise when the water has receded and the roadway has been reopened.
