US 61 (ST. JAMES PARISH) – There will be a Southbound lane closure on US 61/Airline Highway beginning at 6:00 AM on Monday, March 15, 2021 until 6:00 PM on Friday, April 9, 2021. The right lane between I-10 and HWY 3213 will be closed continuously during this time.

This lane closure is necessary to allow trucks and equipment to safely exit and enter the roadway to and from a work area on the south right of way of US 61 in St. James Parish.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
