Adam Blake Bugay passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at the age of 36. He was a native of Laplace, LA and a resident of LaPlace, LA.
Beloved son of Bonnie Kay Havens Bugay and Dan Rudy Bugay. Loving brother of David Rush (Candy), Madlyn Bugay, Ryan Alan Bugay (Meghan) and Mariah Catharine Bugay. Grandson of the late Dorothy and Charles Bugay and Robert and Catharine Havens.
