As you may have noticed, IMTT is performing some work on East Harding for a joint project with Valero. IMTT is installing a new pipeline along the south side of the KCS Railroad and is accessing the right of way for construction activities from Hwy. 61 (Airline) and East Harding.  Truck traffic will increase going in and out of the right of way for approximately three weeks while an access road is being constructed. Beginning February 4, there may be some increased traffic as dump trucks access E. Harding between Hwy. 61 and River Road near the KC Railroad.

We have made all proper notifications to local emergency personnel. We have notified the St. Charles Parish School System in an effort to minimize impact to school bus traffic. Should you experience any issues, please call 985-764-8611. This number is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
