LAPLACE — Extraordinarily low prices on must-have items make every day feel like Black Friday at DoorBuster Deals.

The new LaPlace store will have its grand opening at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22 at 1414 W. Airline Highway, next to Planet Fitness in the Riverlands Shopping Center. Starting each Friday, every item in the store will be priced at $10. That price will decrease each day until the item is sold.

Storewide prices are $10 on Friday, $8 on Saturday, $6 on Sunday, $4 on Monday, $2 on Tuesday and only $1 on Wednesday. DoorBuster Deals will be closed every Thursday as items are restocked.

Inventory will vary week by week but will generally include clothing, electronics, household items, gadgets, books and more. The shopping experience is somewhat like a treasure hunt since items are placed in bins for customers to sort through.

Within the past week, customers at the DoorBuster Deals Gretna location have found miniature grills, full size Christmas trees, hair styling tools, baby items and kitchenware.

After the grand opening, store hours will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Wednesday.

All sales are final and all items are sold as is, meaning there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges.
