Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

This year has undoubtedly brought us all different hurdles and challenges, but your chamber remains steadfast in our mission to ‘Grow, Strengthen and Unify businesses’ in the tri-parish area. Throughout this pandemic, your chamber has continued to advocate on your behalf, as well as ensuring resources were provided to our members. We are profoundly grateful for your continued faith and support in your local chamber to continue to serve as the voice for business on many fronts. While we will need to alter the delivery of some of our benefits, such as upcoming events, the value of what we do will remain.

Our first Women’s Empowerment Conversations were a huge success, and we look forward to continuing these sessions for years to come. When I started these conversations, it was just an idea to help women in the River Region to grow. It turned into a community of women who support each other and find joy in each other’s successes. This year had a huge impact on everyone. These sessions were a safe space to discuss our concerns and embrace hope for the future.

Like so many of us out there, much of what we planned this year was impacted by the pandemic. We are staying positive and aspire to safely plan and execute an excellent program slate for businesses of all sizes next year. Our virtual series for Business Development seminars and talks with our local and state delegation engaged well over 100 businesses this year.

Please visit the chamber website if you are interested in learning more about what your local chamber has to offer: www.riverregionchamber.org.

Wishing you and yours a safe, happy holiday season. Remember, we are all in this together.
