MOSS BLUFF, La. — On Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020, the Knights of Columbus, Ascension of Our Lord Council 9623 traveled to Moss Bluff, Louisiana. Hurricane Delta, as well as Hurricane Laura, devastated this area.

The Knights of Columbus cooked and served 800 hot meals to the affected families in the area. The Knights were stationed at St. Theodore Catholic Church and School. The church and school sustained extensive roof damage. The meal consisted of jambalaya, red beans and bread.

While there, the Knights of Columbus also assisted the women of the area with the distribution of donated supplies to the affected families.
