LUTCHER — St. James Parish Hospital works diligently to offer its team members opportunities for career development as the organization grows to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the community.
Jeremy Martin is the new chief operations officer for St. James Parish Hospital.
Brittany Bourgeois is the new chief quality officer for St. James Parish Hospital.
The hospital recognizes Jeremy Martin in his new role as chief operations officer and welcomes Brittany Bourgeois, RN, chief quality officer, to the Executive Leadership Team.
St. James Parish Hospital’s Leadership Team has also grown recently to welcome new staff and expand the roles of existing leaders.
The Executive Leadership Team also includes Chief Executive Officer Mary Ellen Pratt, Chief Financial Officer Tracy George, Chief Nursing Officer Rhonda Zeringue, Chief Clinic Operating Officer Rachel Becnel and Chief Quality Office Geri Abadie (retiring). These leaders are responsible for supporting teams and leading initiatives that improve service, quality, safety and technology in the hospital.
