Fishing team lands No. 2 spot

Khristian Rousseve, Shamar Pierre, Devrin Harper and Jeremy Snyder landed a No. 2 spot for the West St. John Anglers during this past weekend’s Louisiana High School Bass Fishing competition.

EDGARD — The West St. John High School Fishing Team represented St. John Parish with pride in the most recent Louisiana High School Bass Fishing competition.

Anglers KhristianRousseve, Shamar Pierre, Devrin Harper and Jeremy Snyder caught the 5/5 fish limit, landing the team a No. 2 ranking and the “big bass” designation among 170 boats. Vernon Silver and Devrin Harper Sr. were boat captains.
