LULING — Ochsner Health has announced community COVID-19 testing in the Greater New Orleans area the week of August 17, 2020. Testing is available to those ages 2 and older who wish to know their COVID-19 status.

A testing center in St. Charles Parish will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m, or until 150 people are tested, at the Edward A. Dufresne Community Center on Friday, Aug. 21.

Members of the community who wish to be tested should bring an ID and insurance card, if applicable. There are no out-of-pocket costs for those seeking a test and no one will be turned away based on their insurance status.
