LAPLACE — Parish President Hotard, right, pictured with Council Chairman Lennix Madere began district/division assessments last week in Division A. Hotard said, “It was my commitment to work very closely with council members so that together we can serve the needs of the residents. Today marked the first of many on-the-ground assessments that will take place.” A list of priority issues was created with timelines for action and follow-up.
