Keys to the City are presented to Andouille Queens in recognition of the young ladies’ efforts representing St. John the Baptist Parish across the state. Necaise and Sweeney, the 2018 winners, transferred their crowns to 2019 Queens Heather Roussel and Mallory Waguespack in October.
