Juvenile detectives opened an investigation on June 14, 2019 after receiving the initial complaint. Through investigation, juvenile detectives learned Griffin allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with the victim. Based on investigation, detectives obtained a judicial warrant and Griffin was booked with sexual battery (felony). As of Friday, he is being held in custody in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
