GARYVILLE — Private First Class Curtis J. Pellissier, son of Rick & Katrina Pellissier of Garyville, recently received an Honorable Discharge from the Louisiana Army National Guard.

  Pfc. Pellissier served six years with Company Div 2-156 out of Thibodaux.

  His specialty was Infantryman, and he was honored with several awards, including the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Service Medal, the Overseas Training Ribbon, the Emergency Service Ribbon and the Louisiana General Excellence Ribbon.
